Set realistic targets. You can lose 25 pounds in a month if you work out 10 hours a day and eat nothing but oatmeal – but not if you’re a human. Gradual and continuous wins the race. Don’t nibble off more than you can chew – literally. Make little goals on your way to the bigger target(s). In the end, you’ll have achieved more (and more often, might I add).
