I’m So Fat I Want To Die

November 13th, 2011

Have you every felt this way? I know I have and it sucks!

I constantly asked myself “I’m so fat what do I do, what can I do?”

If you’re like me, I tried every diet plan out there. I did the Yo Yo dieting and where did that get me? Fatter!! That’s right I got fatter than I ever was before. Nothing I seemed to do worked! Why? So why do I keep getting fat? and again I asked myself that question “I’m so fat what can I do?”

Why am I so Fat and What in the world can I do about it? So many questions and no answers! I felt horrible I really truly felt and said to myself “I’m so Fat I Want to Die!”.

I didn’t feel like sitting on my butt and getting fatter was the answer. In other words I didn’t give up. Well actually I didn’t but ultimately I felt so horribly fat I had to do something. So I picked my fat ass up and kept trying.

First, I had to break through. I was overweight and depressed. If you’re there now, don’t give up! There is hope, but you must not give up! I know you have a lot of questions, just like I did. Like, why am I so fat?

Ok now that we’ve got all the negatives out of the way let’s talk about what you can do to move forward and find an easy way to lose weight. I don’t know about you, but I like easy! If you are anything like me there has to be an easy way to lose weight. Losing weight doesn’t have to be hard or complicated. However, for me it had to be easy! Why is it important to lose weight the easy way? Because it has to be something that you can easily work into your life. It’s too hard to lose weight when something is hard.

Ok, now we know that in order to lose weight it must be easy. Let’s talk about the hard part. The hard part is that it’s hard to lose weight fast. Losing weight fast is not so easy and not always the healthiest. For me, I had to convince myself that losing weight fast just wasn’t going to happen. Heck I didn’t get this fat overnight. So it was going to take time to burn the fat and lose weight. This was an absolute mindset that I was determined I must have. I can lose weight but I need to take my time about it. Keep it simple and take baby steps. I knew there had to be a simple way to lose weight and I found it!

So, let’s quickly review.
First, in order to stop feeling like I’m so fat I want to die, we must first find a simple, easy and effective way to lose weight. Second, we must understand that we didn’t get fat overnight and losing weight fast is not our goal.

So now it’s time to stop feeling like you are so fat you can’t do anything about it, because you can! Actually, I as write this I need to revise what the first step in this entire fat burning process is and that’s your thinking. You must first believe that you can lose weight. You must quit saying to yourself “I’m so fat, I’ll always be this way”, “I’m fat and I can’t do anything about it”. Instead replace those thoughts and feelings with; “I can lose weight”, “Each and everyday
I’m losing more and more weight”, “The fat just falls off me”. Then Don’t give up! Focus on what you want, not what you don’t want.

You can achieve your weight loss goals and you can finally conquer the “I’m So Fat I Want to Die” bit.

Keeping coming back, I have lots more I want to share with you about losing weight and feeling great!

Where Diets Go Wrong

September 10th, 2009

Where Most Diets Go Wrong and How You Can Lose Weight and Keep it Off!
By Charles Bell

When Deb and I discovered that we are heavier than we want to be, we have a natural inclination to eat less food. We may skip lunch or eat only a tiny amount of our dinner in the hope that if we eat less our body will burn off some of its fat. But that is not necessarily true. We’ve found that eating less actually makes it more difficult to lose weight.

Keep in mind that the human body took shape millions of years ago, and at that time there weren’t diets. The only low-calorie event in people’s lives was starvation. Those who could cope with a temporary lack of food were the ones who survived. Our bodies, therefore, have developed this built-in mechanism to help us survive in the face of low food intake.

When researchers compare overweight and thin people, they find that they eat roughly the same number of calories. What makes overweight people different is the amount of fat that they eat. Thin people tend to eat less fat and more complex carbohydrates.

Losing weight is not something one can do overnight. A carefully planned weight loss program requires common sense and certain guidelines. Unfortunately, there’s a lot of misinformation floating around and lots of desperate people are easily duped and ripped off.

Every day one can open an e-mail, magazine or newspaper and see advertisements touting some new product, pill or patch that will take excess weight off quickly. Everyone seems to be looking for that “magic” weight loss pill. Millions of Americans are trying to lose weight, spending billions of dollars every year on diet programs and products. Often they do lose some weight. But, if you check with the same people five years later, you will find that nearly all have regained whatever weight they lost. So it’s important to create a positive lifestyle that can help you maintain your health and weight while utilizing proven product like GBG’s Energy Matrix.

Being seriously overweight and particularly obesity can develop into a number of diseases and serious health problems, and it is now a known fact that when caloric intake is excessive, some of the excess frequently is saturated fat.

The myth is that people get heavy by eating too many calories. Calories are a consideration it’s true, but overall they are not the cause of obesity in America today. Americans actually take in fewer calories each day than they did at the beginning of the century. If calories alone were the reason we become overweight, we should all be thin. But we are not. Collectively, we are heavier than ever. Partly, it is because we are more sedentary now. But equally, as important is the fact that the fat content of the American diet has changed dramatically.

It’s common sense that tells us, if you don’t exercise you will gain weight over time. To avoid getting fatter over time, increase your metabolism by exercising regularly.

Select an exercise routine that you are comfortable with and remember that walking is one of the best and easiest exercises for strengthening your bones, controlling your weight and toning your muscles.

What we’ve found is that we need to create a diet that works with our lifestyle otherwise we are just spinning our wheels.  So find something that works for you and you will succeed!
