Tone Your Abs Without Sit Ups

That’s right you can tone your abs without doing those dreaded sit-up or crunches.
Watch as Dr. David Friedman, CEO/President of Chews-4-Health shows you how to get six-pack abs without sit ups.

According to Dr. Friedman we all have a six pack of abs… it’s just that there’s a layer of fat covering them. :) So the idea is to burn the fat so that our six pack can show it’s presence.

  • Weight Loss Challenge – What’s it mean to you?

    recently took on a new weight loss challenge that was issued by Israel Lagares at http://www.fatmanunleashed.com.

    Basically the challenge was to take off your shirt while going through your weight loss journey. Not just taking pictures of before and after shots. But actually documenting your results to the world as they happen.

    I’ve really got to give Rex a lot of credit for taking on this challenge and for making this video. What it tells me, is that Rex is committed and he’s willing to do what ever he needs to do to lose weight and pursue his dreams. It’s commitment like this we all need to follow. I’m not suggesting that you go out and take off your shirt. However, what I am saying and the point I’m attempting to make is that you must be willing to do what ever you need to do in order to accomplish your goals; as long as those goals are of a positive nature to you and those it may affect.
